Resolution No. 81 of the Cabinet of Ministers “On financial support of the system of guaranteed purchases of agricultural commodities grown by smallholding farms.”

The Resolution establishes the procedure for subsidizing a part of the costs of equipping warehouses, as well as purchasing equipment for drying, sorting and packaging of agricultural commodities to business entities that have established cooperation with smallholders and farmers, supplying agricultural commodities. The set of documents shall be submitted by applicants along with the application for subsidy allocation through the Unified Interactive State Services Portal of the Republic of Uzbekistan or the "Agrosubsidy" information system of the Ministry of Agriculture and the procedure for their consideration. The provision of subsidies to cover a part of the costs of equipping warehouses, as well as the purchase of equipment for drying, sorting and packaging of agricultural commodities, shall be distributed between the Fund for the Support of Farmers, Smallholders and Landowners of Subsidiary Plots under the Council of Farmers, Smallholders and Landowners of Subsidiary Plots and the applicant according to the procedure for monitoring the fulfillment of the terms of the concluded contract. The funds allocated for these purposes from the State budget of the Republic of Uzbekistan are kept in a special personal treasury account opened in the Fund for the Support of Farmers, Smallholders and Landowners of Subsidiary Plots. Business entities to receive a subsidy must be in possession of the following requisite details: (a) organized work on the basis of cooperation with smallholders, farmers, peasant farms, suppliers of agricultural commodities; (b) to have ownership or other property rights necessary for the effective implementation of its activities, as well as production buildings and facilities that meet the requirements of regulatory documents in the field of technical regulation on the basis of lease rights (except for small-sized portable refrigerators); and (c) to be in possession of equipment for warehouses, as well as equipment for drying, sorting and packaging of agricultural commodities, purchased or planned to be purchased by the applicant no later than one year before the date of application for registration as an applicant for state subsidies.
