Resolution No. 93 of the Cabinet of Ministers “On additional measures related to the creation of protected areas on forest land.”

This Resolution establishes that financing of the current expenses of national natural parks and the maintenance of state units financed from the budget are carried out on the basis of the approval of the relevant funds and state units of state forestry enterprises, the land areas of which are being reduced in the State Forestry Committee system and according to established standards. State Committee on Forestry shall ensure registration of newly created national natural parks in the prescribed manner; shall fill national natural parks with qualified staff; and together with the relevant ministries and departments, shall coordinate the regulatory documents they adopt in line with this Resolution.
