Abstract
This Act provides for imposing a special levy on non-alcoholic beverages, lemonade, flavoured waters and flavoured aerated waters, imported into Saint Vincent and the Grenadines, or taken out of bond for consumption in the country. The Act empowers the Minister of Finance to make Regulations in respect of matters connected with the topic of the Act.
