Abstract
Section 15 of the principal Act, here amended, prohibits hunting of any species of wildlife or possession of wildlife, birds, eggs or nests or disturbing of wildlife, birds, eggs or nests during the close season. The obsolete subsection (3) of section 15 prescribing penalties for offences against (the non-existent) subsection (4) is repealed.
