Abstract
These Regulations, made under section 73 of the Public Procurement Act no. 34 of 2018, provide for detailing business arrangements and financial instruments concerning public procurement. Matters covered by these Regulations include: specific requirements for procurement in the sector of national security and defence; fees; publication of annual report; bid security procedures; procurement planning; contract packaging and division of a single contract into lots; evidence of financial capacities of bidders; joint venture; registration of bidders; bidding requirements; consulting services; procurement management.
