Circular 10/2016/TT-BNNPTNT of the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development promulgating a list of veterinary drugs permitted to be marketed and banned from use in Vietnam and announcement of HS codes of imported veterinary drugs permitted to be marketed in Vietnam.

The Circular replaces several previous circulars that governed the use of veterinary drugs, chemicals, and antibiotics, including: Circular No. 15/2009/TT-BNN of March 17, 2009 promulgating the list of drugs, chemicals, antibiotics banned from uses, limited to use; Circular No. 29/2009/TT-BNN dated June 4, 2009 on amendments to Circular No. 15/2009/TT-BNN of March 17, 2009 promulgating the list of drugs, chemicals, antibiotics banned from uses, limited to use; Circular No. 20/2010/TTBNNPTNT dated April 2, 2010 on amendments to Circular No. 15/2009/TT-BNN of March 17, 2009 promulgating the list of drugs, chemicals, antibiotics banned from uses, limited to use; Circular No. 03/2012/TT-BNNPTNT dated January 16, 2012 on amendments to Circular No. 15/2009/TT-BNN of March 17, 2009 promulgating the list of drugs, chemicals, antibiotics banned from uses, limited to use; Circular No. 25/2012/TT-BNNPTNT dated June 22, 2012 promulgating the list of veterinary drugs, bioproducts, microorganisms, and chemicals used in aquaculture veterinary medicine permitted to be marketed in Vietnam; Circular No. 28/2013/TT-BNNPTNT dated May 31, 2013 promulgating the list of veterinary drugs permitted to be marketed in Vietnam.
