Circular 17/2025/TT-BNNMT regulating the decentralization of state management in the field of quality management of agricultural, forestry and fishery products.

This Circular provides for decentralization of state management in the field of agricultural, forestry and fishery product quality management, including: 1. Detailed regulations and instructions for the implementation of Decree No. 136/2025/ND-CP dated June 12, 2025 of the Government regulating decentralization and delegation in the fields of agriculture and environment. 2. Amending and supplementing a number of articles of legal documents under the authority of the Minister of Agriculture and Environment to implement decentralization of state management in the field of agricultural, forestry and fishery product quality management.
