Abstract
This Circular stipulates dossiers of lawful forest products and inspection of the origin of timber and non-timber forest products within the territory of the Socialist Republic of Viet Nam.
The Circular provides for: dossiers on the origin of forest products including domestically exploited forest products, imported forest products and confiscated forest products; dossiers of forest products in circulation; forest product dossiers at establishments processing, trading in or raising forest animals; principles of inspection of forest products; inspection of compliance with regulations on the exploitation of forest products; inspection of forest products at processing, trading or storing establishments and at forest animal raising establishments; and inspection of forest products in circulation.
