Abstract
This Circular prescribes the application of import tariff-rate quotas for unmanufactured tobacco and poultry eggs originated from member states of Eurasian Economic Union in 2023 - 2027 period.
The import tariff-rate quotas for unmanufactured tobacco shall be allocated to traders that hold valid license for manufacturing of cigarettes issued by the Ministry of Industry and Trade of Vietnam and wish to import unmanufactured tobacco to serve their manufacturing of cigarettes. The import tariff-rate quotas for poultry eggs shall be allocated to traders that wish to import poultry eggs.
