Abstract
This Circular is issued in accordance with the Law on Plant Protection and Quarantine. The Circular promulgates the list of living things subject to plant quarantine in Vietnam.
Group I includes living things that are likely to cause serious harms to plants (not yet present in Vietnam). Group II contains living things that are likely to cause serious harms to plants (narrowly distributed in Vietnam).

The Circular No. 35/2014/TT-BNNPTNT dated October 31, 2014 of the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development promulgates the list of living things subject to plant quarantine in Vietnam cease to be effective from the date of entry into force of this Circular.
