Abstract
This Circular implements provisions of Government’s Decree No. 88/2007/ND-CP on urban and industrial-park water drainage.
The Circular, among other things, provides for: the application of standards for wastewater discharged into water drainage systems; the identification and designation of investors of water drainage works; the approval of investment projects on the construction of concentrated water drainage works by the Ministry of Construction; management and operation contracts; points for connection of households to water drainage systems; water drainage service contracts; water drainage charges; etc.
