This Circular provides for fees for exploitation and use of documents on geology and minerals, collection, payment, transfer, management and use
When receiving documents on geology and minerals from authorities providing such documents, payers shall pay the prescribed fees adopting the payment form prescribed in the Circular No. 74/2022/TT-BTC dated December 22, 2022 of the Minister of Finance of Vietnam to collectors. The fees for exploitation and use of documents on geology and minerals are specified in the Fee Schedule.
