Abstract
The Circular provides a detailed implementation of the Decree that regulates the internal and external trade of wild fauna and flora (as defined in art. 2)in accordance with provisions of CITES. In particular, in the general Provisions, are detailed the animals coded in CITES with the addition of other species that are provided for under this implementation and the pre CITES animals that must be now registered under the CITES itself as per this implementation. Moreover, it guides strictly the trade of those animals and plants even for diplomatic or research issues.
