Abstract
This Circular provides for the registration, testing/inspection, manufacture, trade, export, import, quality inspection, recalling, destruction and advertising of veterinary drug.
Only drugs which have an effective certificate of free sale in Vietnam or drugs for export are allowed to be processed/portioned out. The establishment processing/portioning drugs shall be an establishment that has obtained the GMP certificate or the certificate of eligibility to manufacture the drug to be processed/portioned out. Durgs which are domestically sold, exported or imported shall be labeled according to regulations in this Circular, except for cases specified in clause 2 of Article 23. An advertisement of a veterinary drug shall include the information specified in Article 41.
