This Circular No. 15/2022/TT-BNNPTNT prescribes inspection and supervision of veterinary hygiene and food safety in beekeeping, purchase, preparation, and processing of honey for domestic consumption and export.
The Department of Animal Health shall inspect and supervise honey production facilities (which include beekeeping facilities, honey purchasing facilities, and honey processing facilities) for export; honey production facilities for both export and domestic consumption. Article 8 sets up the basis for developing supervision program. Article 9 provides for the detail rules of supervision program.
