Abstract
This Circular specifies conditions on mineral exploration practice and shall apply to mineral exploration practice organizations, organizations and individuals with mineral exploration licences, and state management agencies in charge of minerals.
The Circular specifies the dossiers necessary to conduct mineral exploration and the criteria that technical managers of mineral exploration projects must satisfy.
The Circular further provides for: requirements that technical workers participating in mineral exploration must satisfy; special-use equipment and tools for the construction of mineral exploration works; responsibilities of mineral-exploring organizations and individuals, and of mineral exploration practice organizations; etc.
