Circular No. 23/2019/TT-BCT on regulating non-application of tariff quotas for importation of sugar of ASEAN member states' origin.

This Circular promulgated by the Minister of Industry and Trade regulates the non-application of tariff quotas for importation of sugar of the ASEAN member states' origin.
Import tariff quotas shall not be applied to sugar commodities of the ASEAN member states’ origin in accordance with laws in force. The quantities of sugar imported from ASEAN states shall not be counted as the annual in-quota quantities announced by the Ministry of Industry and Trade according to the WTO schedule of commitments applicable to its member states.
