This Circular specifies the conditions for food services business and street food business establishments. The Circular applies to organizations or individuals, households operating food services business and street food business in the territory of Vietnam.
Article 3 provides for condotions for ready-made helping processing establishment. Article 4 provides for condotions for canteen, collective kitchen, kitchen, hotel's restaurant, resort restaurant. Remaining articles make provisions, inter alia, for: conditions for food safety assurance for street food business, inspecting food services business and street food business establishment, etc.
