Amendments are made to the Circular No. 21/2019/TT-BNNPTNT of the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development elaborating to a number of Articles of Law on Animal Husbandry, including: Clause 4 of Article 4 regarding animal feed containing veterinary drugs to prevent and cure diseases of domestic animals, Clause 5 is added after clause 4 of Article 4, Article 5 regarding report of manufacture and inspection of quality of animal feeds, etc.
