This Circular addresses in detail a number of provisions of Decision No. 71/2008/QD-TTg on making of deposits for environmental rehabilitation and restoration in mineral exploitation activities.
The Circular provides for the: formulation, appraisal and approval of environmental rehabilitation and restoration projects; orders and procedures for environmental rehabilitation and restoration deposits for mining activities; management and use of deposits; etc.
