Abstract
This Circular amends various articles of Circular No. 08/2009/TT-BTNMT of 15 July 2009 providing for the environmental management and protection of economic zones, hi-tech parks, industrial parks and industrial complexes.
The Circular amends articles relating to organizations responsible for the environmental protection of economic zones, hi-tech parks, industrial parks and industrial complexes; environmental protection at the stage of construction planning and at the stage of designing of systems of technical infrastructure and to responsibilities of investors building and operating infrastructures; observation, information and report on the environment of these zones and parks; and to responsibilities of state management agencies.
