Abstract
This Circular amends Circular No. 116/2004/TT-BTC regarding compensation, support and resettlement upon land recovery by the State. Amendments have been made to section 3 of Part I, section 3 of Part II, section 2 of Part IV, and section 3 and 4 of Part VII. The amendments deal with the following: obligation to pay expenses for compensation, support and resettlement; calculation of land prices; and with compensation, support and resettlement funds.
