These Regulations provide for the functions, tasks, powers and organizational structure of the Department of Cooperative Economy and Rural Development.
The Department of Cooperative Economy and Rural Development is an organization under the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development, performing the function of advising and assisting the Minister in state management and organizing law enforcement on cooperative economy, collective economy, cooperatives; household economy, farms and production linkages in agriculture; policies on agricultural and rural economic development; agricultural and rural electromechanics; salt industry; population settlement, resettlement of irrigation and hydroelectric works, sedentarization; development of rural occupations and craft villages; agricultural vocational training for rural workers, rural social security and rural development within the scope of state management of the Ministry according to the decentralization and authorization of the Minister.
