Decision No. 07/2001/QD-BNN-BVTV on the official registration, the additional registration and the special registration of a number of plant protection drugs permitted for use or limited use in Vietnam.

This Decision of the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development grants permission for the official registration, additional registration, and special registration of a series of plant protection substances for (restricted) use in Vietnam. These substances are listed separately in the Schedule. The importation and exportation of plant protection substances listed shall comply with Circular No. 41 of 20000 of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development made under the Prime Minister's Decision No. 242 of 1999 on import and export management.
