Decision No. 100/2007/QD-TTg amending and supplementing a number of articles of Decision No. 661/QD-TTg of 29 July 1998, on the targets, tasks, policies and organization of implementation of the project on planting 5 million hectares of forests.

This Decision amends Decision No. 661/QD-TTg on the targets, tasks, policies and organization of implementation of the project on planting five million hectares of forest.
Amendments have been made to the following articles: article 3 dealing with the general and specific tasks of the project during 2006-2010 which shall include the management and protection of forests, and the planting and development of forests; article 5 on land policies; and article 6 on investment and investment credit policies. Furthermore, a new article 13a dealing with plan-assignment mechanisms shall be added.
