Abstract
This Decision promulgates the standardized administrative procedures in the fields of forestry and forest protection within the scope of the state management functions of the Ministry of Agriculture and Environment.
The Decision publishes a comprehensive list of administrative procedures categorized by administrative level (central, provincial, district, and commune). These include procedures related to forest management, use and conversion, forest product exploitation, afforestation, biodiversity conservation, CITES permits, and timber legality. The annex details legal bases, competent authorities, and implementation responsibilities for each procedure.
