This Decision, consisting of 5 Articles, is issued pursuant to the Government’s Decree No. 15/2017/ND-CP defining functions, tasks, powers and organizational structure of Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development.
The Department of Animal Health is an organization that is affiliated to the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development, and meant to assist the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development in performing state management and organizing implementation of law on veterinary hygiene, safety of animal source foods and animal products.
