Abstract
This Decision, which implements the Environment protection Law, prescribes rules for the management of solid waste.
It defines objectives of an overall strategy and indicates the principal solutions for strengthening the management of solid waste. The objective is to form set by step a synchronous system for the management of solid waste in order to control environmental pollution and to ensure sustainable development. Improvements are to be made in the legal framework, awareness of the public, financial policy and creation of capital resources, management organization, use of advanced technology, and international cooperation.
