Abstract
This Regulation, which implements the Environment protection Law, prescribes rules for the management of hazardous waste.
It consists of 31 articles, divided into 6 Chapters: general provisions (I); Responsibility for hazardous waste source generators (II); Responsibility of hazardous waste collectors and transporters (III); Responsibilities of hazardous waste keepers, treaters and disposers; State management of hazardous wastes (V); Implementation provisions (VI).
Hazardous waste is defined in article 3 and a list of hazardous substances is added in the Schedule to this Regulation. Rules concentrate on responsibilities of various subjects involved in generating, transporting, storing, and disposing and otherwise handling of hazardous waste. Chapter V defines tasks of supervision and coordination of ministries.
