Abstract
This Regulation intends to set out conditions for the service of appraising environmental impact assessment reports of investment projects in Viet Nam.
Appraisal service organizations shall appraise environmental impact assessments reports of investment projects in the following domains: atomic power; coastal aquaculture; construction of seaports; production of plant protection drugs; exploitation of special or hazardous minerals; projects occupying land areas of national parks, nature reserves, etc.; waste recycle and landfill; etc.
The Regulation further makes provision for responsibilities and powers of appraisal organizations, and selection and management of appraisal service organizations.
