Decision No. 29/2004/QD-BGTVT promulgating the Regulation on registration of inland waterways means.

The Regulation provides for the registration of inland waterway means, i.e. vessels as defined in article 2 excluding fishing vessels. The Regulation specifies which waterway means need to be registered; describes the procedures for registration and defines vessel owners’ responsibilities. The Regulation establishes also deadlines for the renewal of registration by owners of existing vessels.
