This Decision promulgates the Regulation on management and use of foreign assistance sources in the agriculture and rural development branch.
It consists of 29 articles divided into 7 Chapters. The objectives of this Decision are to: a) identify priority programs and projects for which foreign assistance sources need to be mobilized and attracted; b) prepare, formulate and evaluate program and project contents (investments, technical assistance, humanitarian aid, etc.); c) program or project negotiations, conclusions and approval; d) manage programs and projects; e) monitor and evaluate the implementation and results of the programs.
