Decision No. 47/1999/QD-BNN-KL issuing the Regulations on inspection, transportation, production and business of timber and forests products.

This Regulation concern the transportation and handling of forests products as defined in article 1, and indirectly also regulates production of and trade in timber and forest products. "Forest products" includes rare forests plants and wild animals.
