Abstract
This Decision approves the master plan on the socio-economic development of Thai Nguyen province.
The plan aims at developing Thai Nguyen province into an economic, cultural, educational and medical centre of the northern midland and mountain regions. This plan shall include: the development of agriculture, forestry and fishery; the development, among others, of the farm produce and food processing industry; the exploitation and processing of minerals of high economic value; the development of water supply infrastructures and irrigation systems; the building of wastewater treatment stations; and the management and use of land.
