Decision No. 66/2004/QD-BNN promulgating the Regulation on accreditation, management and supervision of agricultural crop seed testing laboratories, samplers and field inspectors.

This Regulation provides for the accreditation, management and supervision of agricultural crop seed testing laboratories, seed samplers and field inspectors as defined in article 2. It applies to all organizations and individuals involved in agricultural crop seed testing. The seed testing laboratories, samplers and field inspectors shall be responsible for the crop seed quality testing and auditing. The Regulation lists the conditions that shall be met in order to obtain accreditation and the documents that shall accompany the application for accreditation (arts. 3 and 4). The Agriculture Department and the Science and Technology Department shall examine and supervise the accredited testing laboratories and they will also assume responsibility for suspending or cancelling the validity of accreditation.
