Abstract
This Decision approves the scheme on the development of the agro-forest product processing industry in agricultural and rural industrialization and modernization.
The scheme shall aim at developing highly competitive processed commodities; adopting comprehensive measures on seeds, farming techniques, intensive farming investment, etc. in orderto raise the productivity and quality of commodity agro-forest products; ensuring food safety and industrial hygiene of products, and raising the competitiveness domestically and internationally; etc.
