Decision No. 71/2004/QD-BNN promulgating the Regulation on assay and recognition of new fertilizers.

This Decision shall apply to the assay and recognition of new fertilizers. The fertilizers which must be assayed include: newly produced or imported fertilizers which are not specified on the list of fertilizers permitted for production, trading and use in Vietnam; fertilizers which have undergone changes (see Section I). Section II defines the conditions that must be met for fertilizers to be registered for assay and the contents of the dossiers. Upon completion of the assay, organizations and individuals shall send dossiers for appraisal and recognition of new fertilizers to the Agriculture Department and the Science and Technology Department. Violations of this Decision will be examined for penal liability.
