Abstract
This Decision approves the master plan on the socio-economic development of An Giang province which shall aim to associate economic development with protection of natural resources and the environment in response to climate change, and develop infrastructure to stand natural disasters and facilitate sustainable development.
This main objectives of the plan include: the development of agriculture, forestry and fishery; the development of plant varieties and animal breeds of high yield and high quality which are resistant to diseases and suitable to the conditions of the province; the development of water supply infrastructures; the building of wastewater treatment stations; and the management and use of land.
