This Decision approves the master plan on the socio-economic development of Binh Duong province.
The plan aims at developing Binh Duong into a province with a fast economic development ensuring economic growth, hunger eradication and poverty alleviation. This plan shall include: the development of agriculture, forestry and fishery; the development of plant varieties and animal breeds of high yield and high quality; the development of water supply infrastructures; the prevention of environmental pollution; the building of wastewater treatment systems; and the management and use of land.
