Abstract
This Regulation provides for the testing, trial production, recognition and naming of new varieties of agricultural crops.
The Regulation adds new regulations on the order of steps and procedures for testing, trial production, recognition and naming new varieties of agricultural crops that are selected and created in the country or imported from abroad for inclusion in the list of agricultural crops eligible for production and commercial purposes.
