This Decision provides for the reduction in land rents and water surface rents in 2022 for entities affected by COVID-19.
30% reduction in land rents and water surface rents payable in 2022 shall be given to land lessees and water surface lessees prescribed in Article 2 of this Decision; the reduction shall not be given for the land rents and water surface rents owed from the previous years of 2022 and late payment interest (if any).
