Abstract
This Decree amends and supplements a number of articles of Decree No. 43/2014/ND-CP dated May 15, 2014 detailing the implementation of a number of articles of the Land Law, Decree No. 44/2014/ND -CP dated May 15, 2014 on land prices and Decree No. 47/2014/ND-CP dated May 15, 2014 on compensation, support and resettlement when the State recovers land.
Amendments are made to Article 3, 5, 6,7, 9, 14, etc. of Decree No. 43/2014/ND-CP.
Amendments are further made to Article 7, 11,15, etc. of the Decree No. 44/2014/ND-CP regulating land prices.
In addition, amendments are made to Article 11, 18, 19, 20, 30, etc. of the Decree No. 47/2014/ND-CP providing for compensation, support and resettlement when the State recovers land.
