This Decree amends some articles of Decrees on penalties for administrative violations against regulations on land; water resources and minerals; hydrometeorology; topography and cartography.
Amendments are made regarding to the provisions for: limitation period for imposition of an administrative penalty on acts of administrative violations that have ended, acts of administrative violations in progress, offences and penalties on adjustment to the mining license, etc.
