Abstract
This Decree implements articles 65, 80, 82 and 90 of the Law on Atomic Energy providing for requirements for the management of atomic energy development and for use and safety assurance.
In particular the Decree provides for: environmental radioactivity observation and warning; assurance of safe working conditions for workers; reporting the finding of uncontrolled radioactive sources, nuclear materials or devices; safety control of radioactive materials in transit and operation of seagoing ships that are nuclear-powered; control on the import and export of radioactive materials and nuclear devices; determination of levels of nuclear incidents and their notification; charges and fees; etc.
