Decree No. 112/2008/ND-CP on management, protection and integrated exploitation of resources and environment of hydropower and irrigation reservoirs.

This Decree provides for the management, protection and exploitation of resources and of the environment in hydropower and irrigation reservoirs.
The Decree sets out guidelines for the formation of reservoir protection corridors and provides for the exploitation of land resources and of reservoir resources and environment in reservoir protection corridors and reservoir zones.
The Decree further provides for: acts prohibited in reservoir protection corridors and reservoir zones; reservoir water regulation; responsibilities of the Government, ministries, branches, etc.; and inspection, examination and handling of violations.
