Abstract
This Decree provides for sanctioning forms, levels and procedures for administrative violations in the domain of environmental protection.
Administrative violations in the domain of environmental protection include: violations of regulations on environmental protection commitments, environmental impact assessment reports and environmental protection schemes; polluting acts; violation of regulations on wastewater discharge, gas emission or dust discharge, noise and vibration levels, soil, water and air pollution, discharge of solid wastes; transportation of hazardous wastes, sea environment protection, etc.
