Abstract
This Decree amends Decree No. 188/2004/ND-CP on methods of determining land prices and price brackets of land of different categories.
Amendments have been made to the following articles: article 3(1)e on the calculation of land use right value for the collection of registration fees; article 3(2) on the market price of land use right transfer; article 4 by adding new clauses 3 and 4 on methods for determining the price of land plots; article 6 on price brackets of land of different categories; articles 8, 9, 11, 12(1)d, 13, 14(1)a on land price determination; and article 15 on the adjustment of specific prices of land of different categories.
