Decree No. 128/2005/ND-CP providing for sanctioning of administrative violations in the fisheries domain.

This Decree provides for acts of administrative violation in the fisheries domain, and sanctioning forms and levels. Chapter II lists in detail the administrative violations which include violations on: protection of aquatic resources; exploitation of aquatic resources and management of fishing vessels; aquaculture; process, trade, collection, preservation and transportation of aquatic resources; sanitation and safety of aquatic food; fisheries service business, etc. Sanctioning competences and procedures, execution of decisions on sanctioning administrative violations in the fisheries domain are described in detail in Chapter III.
