Decree No. 147/2006/ND-CP amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Government’s Decree No. 68/1998/ND-CP which details the implementation of the Ordinance on Natural Resource Tax (amended).

Amendments have been made to the following articles: article 7 which has been substituted with a new article dealing with tax calculation bases for natural resources, natural water used for hydropower generation, for timber and for petroleum oil and gas; and clause 3 of article 12 on natural resource tax exemption or reduction. Minor amendments have been made to clause 7 of article 2 and to Section VII of the Natural Resource Tax Table.
