Abstract
This Decree implements various articles of the Mineral Law.
The Decree provides for: the elaboration and submission for approval of mineral master plans; the investment in geological baseline surveys of minerals with funds of organizations and individuals; mineral exploration and mineral exploration licences; appraisal and approval of mineral deposits; organization and operation of the National Council for Assessment of Mineral Deposits; mineral mining licences; closure of mineral mines; procedures for obtaining licences and for closing mineral mines; etc.
